Treating the car as if it was a character in a play... Being late for The Big Day, connecting with you kid, illustrating fuel mileage with changing music/accents/clothes. And music to illicit an emotion (and is as almost as important as showing the car). Just few things I learned alongside our great Arnold crew. I always say we are only as good as our clients.
